Please remember that if you are scheduling your own doctor appointment, the physical MUST be dated after June 10th, 2026, to be current during the 2026-2027 school year.

There are copies of the Athletic Physical Packet in both the Attendance Office and the Athletic Office (room 166).
EKG
Coral Reef Senior High Athletics would like to inform all parents and students that an Electrocardiogram (EKG) is now required for student – athletes to participate in any interscholastic athletic activities.
Please see the registration link below to schedule a free EKG Screening, sponsored by Jackson Health Systems, at various locations throughout the county.

Students may also complete the EKG through a healthcare provider not affiliated with Jackson health Systems if preferred.
Athletic Insurance
Students must pay Athletic Insurance through OSP (Football insurance or general athletic insurance).
Athletic Insurance – Claims
All Claims must be initiated by the Athletic Trainer.
