Physicals
Please remember that if you are scheduling your own doctor appointment, the physical MUST be dated after June 10th, 2024 to be current during the 2024 – 2025 school year.
There are copies of the Athletic Physical Packet in both the Attendance Office and the Athletic Office (room 166).
Athletic Insurance
Information will be released to the student after their physical has been turned in to the Athletic Department.
Athletic Insurance – Claims
All Claims must be initiated by the Athletic Trainer.
