Physicals
The new GMAC/MDCPS Physical form has not been released yet. However, the portion needed to be completed by the doctor is available to be picked up in the main office.
Please remember that if you are scheduling your own doctor appointment, the physical MUST be dated after June 12th, 2023 to be current during the 2023-2024 school year.
Coral Reef will host a free physical night on Monday July 24th, 2023, at 5:00 PM.
Athletic Insurance
Athletic Insurance information has not been released for the 2023–2024 school year. Information will be released to the student after their physical has been turned in to the Athletic Department.
Athletic Insurance – Claims
All Claims must be initiated by the Athletic Trainer.
